Booking
For availability and pricing see below. Contact us using the form at the bottom of this page to reserve, and we will confirm availability and send the booking forms.
- Prices are for full weeks, inclusive of all bills. During off peak periods, the changeover day can be negotiated.
- A deposit of £100 per week will be charged at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance of your payment will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
- In addition, we will require a security deposit against damage to the property of £250, which will be returned following satisfactory inspection of the property once you have left it.
- If your plans change.... Free cancellation up to 14 days before travel
- You should have a valid personal travel insurance policy prior to your date of final payment.
- Payment can be taken via card on the secure paypal link below, using 'paypal.me/chezchartres' or via bank transfer. Please do not send payment until you have confirmation from us that the week has been held for you.
- Arrival is after 5pm. We will send you the combination and location of the key safe 2 weeks before your arrival.
- Check out is by 10am on the day of departure.

Payment Options
Once you have contacted us to reserve a booking, we will send you an invoice with details of payment methods. For those wishing to pay by Paypal or credit/debit card, you can send payment one transaction at a time using the Paypal link below, or to Paypal.me/chezchartres, ticking 'goods and services' both with full payment protection. The invoice will show dates and amounts for payment, so you can pay as due. We will send you a reminder as the due dates approach.
